On this Thanksgiving and everyday, try to find as many things as you can to be grateful for.
Let's keep our joy in perspective. Seventy-five percent of the world's population does not have their basic needs met for food, water, and shelter.
As long as we are breathing, we have something precious to be grateful for- Life at this moment.
Repeat this mantra, "I am enough and I have enough."
This year, I'm learning to even consider my challenges, struggles, and failures as a blessing and opportunity for me to learn and grow.
